Payments are processed securely through Stripe using credit or debit cards. The charge is made at the time of subscription sign-up and automatically on each renewal date until cancellation.
Access to Promptian Pro features is granted immediately after successful payment and account activation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for the remaining period are not available. Because this is a digital subscription service, returns are not applicable except as required by applicable laws.
A modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and an internet connection are required. No additional software installation is needed.
